Blank page when using non standard ssl port

Have a server with limited internet access. When I installed PCP and accessed from the lan (using domain.local) address first login was fine and redirected me to profile page to change password.

When accessed via mydomain.com:3443, the redirect page was blank - viewing source showed the profile page code but it didn't appear in browser. Using Joomla 3.3.6. Had to deploy a different password enforcement plugin that functions but I preferred the features of yours.

Interesting. Not experienced or heard of this behaviour before. I am not aware that the plugin is using anything specific for the redirection, other than the standand Joomla call.
This may take some time to discover what is going on. I do not have access to a non-standard SSL configuration to check it out thoroughly so may need to ask you to test out a few things for me if that is acceptable?

Update: The plugin just picks up the links from the plugin parameters. Just to clarify the blank page is produced when the redirect is to the 'profile' page to change the password? I just want to clarify that it is not to the page AFTER the password has been changed. If you could show the 'invalid'URL that may assist in getting a resolution.

To assist my understanding can I assume that you are NOT using a redirect in the .htaccess file. Presumably the site has some http and some http addresses, such as with a Virtumart type site? If correct then I would need to add some additional code to check for the htp/https protocol.

Geoff
