We are pleased to note the release of Toad for MySQL version 7.0, and also Toad Data Modeller version 5.1, both available on the Toadworld site.
We have used the tools for many years and they are highly recommended. They are invaluable for good database design and support.
We note that registration is now required to download the software.
Note: Toad 7.0 requires Microsoft .net framework version 4.5. Althought the Toad installer informs you of this and lets one download an install .net Framework 4.5, the installation fails because the Toad installer is stil running in the background. Easiest solution is to install .net 4.5 first.
