If a new user is created then the (optional or mandatory) setting of the next password change date at the time of user creation will be over ridden by the system plug-in if the system is configured to force the user to change their password on their initial login.

The user profile plug-in requires the existence of the password control system plug-in to enable it to access the underlying database user information.

The Password Control System Plug-in does not require the Password Control User Profile plug-in to be installed.
