We have recently started using Transifex for language translation. There is the start of a Polish translation which you can see details of at the supplied link. If you would like to contribute and/or make changes you would be most welcome.
You would require to set up a [free] Transifex account and request to join the Polish group but there are some useful tools to assist translators.
