Notifications doesn't work

I just install the component, and all work fine but the notifications. I create a new user on joomla user manager, and the users recives a mail notification about that, so the server works fine with that. The new user is appear at the Issue Tracker People tab, I mark all the options about notifications to Yes, but when the user send a new issue, or when the assigned staff user modifies it, the system doesn't send any mail. What can be happening? Thanks

Support: I have just received your issue. Have you set the Notification setting for the specific user in the component people table?
