Add additional update when location saved.	When an IP address is not initally found by the IPInfoDB service and the check for GeoBytes is performed when the specific record is saved within the record edit, perform an additional check on the database to update any other records for the same IP address that are also not populated with the latitude and location. This will minimise the need for accessing the GeoBytes service. Add ability to 'shrink' the location table.	As entries are aded to the location table the identifier grows. On a busy site the id will get very large quite quickly.
