Notes and history log for issues.

The component could STRONGLY benefit from the ability for a back and forth notes component and log IE the tech can ask user question, user can respond and that info be displayed in the ticket. Also info such as assignment and status changes should be logged so the history of that can be seen.

Also, dont mean to be too harsh, but the UI looks like it was developed by engineers lol. You have bootstrap, leverage it and its containers to format the text and regions.
