How to set up Issue Edit in Front End

7 years 11 months ago #13 by geoffc
Problem is now resolved (I believe), if you would please confirm. It was actually a manifestation of the problem described in this post .

I had not actually seem the problem in this way before hence the slight delay in resolving. I have modified the files upon the web site and tested by editing a test issue and am observing that emails were dispatched from information in the component log. No warning message was seen. I tested from the back end of the site, but the problem would be the same from the front end of the site since the helper file modified is called from both sides of the site.

Geoff

Hi Geoff,
Yes the problem appears to have been resolved I can now edit in the front end and emails are going out to relevant email addresses.
Thank you for the amazing support on this issue, particularly as it was over a holiday weekend.
I will now continue to test the product for our environment.

Kind regards
David
